To the students, families and staff at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School and the community of Tumbler Ridge as a whole, our hearts are with you. We know that you are dealing with unbearable shock, grief and anguish. No one should have to face such a horrendous tragedy. No students should have to go to school worried for their safety; no parents should have to send their children off to school worried about whether they will come home and no teacher, support staff or administrator should have to worry about a shooting and the loss of lives at their school.
