In the absence of a legislative consultation process for the upcoming 2025 Provincial Budget, IPE/BC has outlined its priority funding recommendations in the following submission to government:
Placing a Priority on Public Education
The IPE/BC submissions to the Select Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services recommend key public education funding priorities for inclusion in the provincial budget.
IPE/BC has also submitted a brief focused on the need for a national, universal school food program to the pre-budget consultations held in advance of the 2024 federal budget.
